Guarantee Terms

The one-time initial payment to Ecom Accelerator LLC is non-refundable. However, if the cumulative net profit during the first 16 months is less than the initial fee paid, we offer "Profit Split Protection," which reduces our profit split to 0% until you recoup your initial fee. This is subject to specific conditions.

- The store must not be paused or suspended during the term.
- You must maintain the minimum product capital on the platform.
- All client obligations under the agreement must be met.
